Just too damn big. We were on the Navigator of the Seas, carrying a mere 3,200 people, and it just wasn't conducive to social networking. Surfing on a cruise ship pool is a novelty, but not what that Atlantis' experience is about for me. We're going on the Atlantis South America cruise on the Insignia in 2007 - just 684 people.

I don't think so!!! Let's rename it to "The Cattle Car of the Seas". Cruise ships are like locking you up in your hotel in Hong Kong, London, or Paris anyway, on this ship you just have to share the boredom with lots more folks.

I'm with Eliot! Instead of feeling the "freedom" of the seas, I actually felt claustrophobic on one of these large ships!
