Even though I really admire Frank Gehry's work, his being one of the greatest Canadian Architects. I just don't think the hotel fits on one of the most beautiful unspoiled old towns of spain and the spanish basque country-

But Im with you david I would stay there just because its a Ghery Hotel- but it would look so much better in a city like Madrid or Barcelona-

from the picture, it looks like a plain boxy cake with icing swirls.
Wonder how it is looking from the inside out. Is the inside as fanciful, or is it just outside decoration?

Your comment makes sense, Barbara. but given that the property is part of the Luxury Collection, I think it's probably amazing inside and out. Though Eduardo's point about location/context is a valid one.
